The Documentation Function. Whenever necessary, this function of the Administrative Services Division provides reports pertaining to the status of its collection upon formal request. With the college librarians and the librarian's in-charge as the primary source of statistics, the division accomplished the report for the Collection Development Project (CDP). The report is submitted to the Office of the Chancellor channeled through the Office of the Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs.
